On June 4, The Psychiatry Department at Naval Medical Center – Portsmouth held its yearly resident graduation. This year, the graduating class gave Jennifer Rodriquez, MD, the 22nd Jerome S Blackman MD Teacher of the Year Award to honor her outstanding contributions to resident education at Naval Medical Center – Portsmouth.
